Hello! I'm Mana.
My path to becoming a certified nutrition coach and an advocate for trauma-informed well-being has been both professional and deeply personal. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nutrition, I’ve built a solid foundation in the science of nutrition. However, my work goes far beyond the physical aspects of food—I approach it as an emotional, social, and psychological journey deeply intertwined with healing and self-discovery.
My commitment to empowering others to rebuild trust with their bodies and create a nourishing relationship with food is rooted in my own experiences. Living with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), I have personally navigated the profound connections between trauma, stress, and physical health. This lived experience has not only shaped my philosophy but has also inspired me to focus on the unique needs of individuals whose health has been impacted by trauma.
Recognizing the transformative power of addressing the nervous system, emotional resilience, and nutrition, I became a certified sleep and stress management coach to offer a more comprehensive, trauma-sensitive approach to wellness. My work now integrates science-backed strategies with compassion, helping others reclaim their health, balance, and joy.
